
REFUND POLICY
The Client agrees that all payments made to TopRev for services rendered, including but not limited to lead generation and related services, are non-refundable. This includes the $1 trial fee and any per-lead charges incurred.
Once a lead has been delivered, the corresponding fee is deemed earned and non-refundable, regardless of the outcome or results achieved by the Client. TopRev does not offer cash refunds. In limited cases, and at TopRev’s discretion, a lead credit may be issued if a lead is verified as not meeting the stated qualification criteria.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The Client may cancel the service at any time by providing written notice to TopRev at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance.
Upon receipt of valid cancellation notice, the Client will not be billed for any additional leads delivered after the 24-hour notice period. The Client remains responsible for all lead charges incurred prior to the effective cancellation time.
TopRev will cease lead delivery upon the completion of the 24-hour notice period.
